James Gallagher is a professor of science education with an
interest in the education of prospective and practicing teachers of science at
the middle school and high school levels. He co-directs an Eisenhower Higher
Education project on classroom-based assessment in middle school science and
mathematics and coordinates a U.S. Department of Education study of beginning
secondary science teachers. He co-chairs a national dialogue on revitalizing
undergraduate education in science and mathematics.

Mr. Kenneth J. Davis, Director
Mr. Davis is a Senior Executive with over 30 years of broad experience in
International Banking, Investments and Finance.
His work experience includes starting up an offshore mutual fund company in
Bermuda which he sold in 2000, managing the International Banking activities for
Harris Bank in Chicago for 20 years including offices in Mexico, Sao Paulo,
Tokyo, and Australia, and consulting with several US based Investment Mangers.
Mr. Davis spent two years in the USA Peace Corps in their MBA Program in the
late 60's. He was stationed in Cartagena, Columbia where he worked on several
local projects during his assignment. One assignment was with a local shoe
manufacturer to improve working conditions. Another project involved a local
brick manufacturer who could hire more workers if he could overcome production
problems. The philosophy of the program was to help small businesses to improve
their operations so that they could hire more workers, pay better wages, give
more benefits, and improve working conditions.
Mr. Davis has been involved in various environmental and
recycling projects as a volunteer and has generated several unique ideas to help
improve the environment which has always been an avocation of his. In the early
'70s, Mr. Davis was involved in a national recycling project involving empty
soda and beverage cans.
Mr. Davis received his BS in Finance from Northwestern University and his MBA
from the University of California at Berkeley.
Mr. Thomas P. Line, Director
Born in Sioux Falls, South Dakota in 1941.
Graduated from Iowa State University with a degree in Construction Engineering.
Past Chairman of Industrial Development Commission Lake County Florida.
Former Board member Oklawaha Water Authority. Worked with the Authority to
develop a plan for the restoration of Lake Apopka, State of Florida.
Former Chairman of the Zoning Commission for the Town of Howey-in-the-Hills,
Florida.
Original member of the Tourist Development Commission Lake County Florida.
Mr. Geoffrey G. Bell, Director
Mr. Geoffrey Bell is a retired Managing Director for Brown Shipley of London,
England. He has been involved with numerous environmental projects in the U.K.
as well as overseas.

For 18 years held executive positions at Banco Brascan and its successor, Banco
de Montreal S/A.
A contributor to the preparation of Law 6435, that established the complementary
Social Security, introduced Defined-Contributions Plans in Brazil.
Professor, Institute of Management and Administration, Pontifical Catholic
University of Rio de Janeiro, visiting-professor in several Brazilian
Universities, frequent speaker in Brazil and abroad has several articles
published.
Work abroad was conducted in Argentina, Chile, Dominican Republic, Peru,
Portugal and the United State and lectures presented in Belgium, Germany, Italy,
Sweden and the United States.
Former Vice President of ABRASCE-Brazilian Association of Shopping Centers.
Mr. Robert Ottley
Mr. Robert Ottley is a Director of Scottish Trust in London, England. He spent a
distinguished career at HSBC in London where he has been involved with many
charitable and private foundations. Through his work, he has been involved in
various environmental and ecological projects, both in the U.K. and overseas.
